Any complaints or disputes arising from information contained in a school/institute listing (including, but not restricted to, programs, start dates, class availability and images) shall be settled between the school and the party making the complaint.

Schools/institutes must keep their listing information as accurate and up-to-date as possible. Learn4Good is NOT responsible for information supplied by a school/institute listed on the Learn4Good.com website.

Your use of the Learn4Good.com website and this school/institute listing application form, signifies that you fully understand and agree to the listing terms and conditions, and the website policy governing this website.

Application Requirement:
The person completing this listing application process must be an employee or representative with the authority to supply information on behalf of the school/institute.

Privacy:
Information supplied to Learn4Good.com by a school/institute, is used to review the school/institute during the listing application process. If the school/institute's listing application is successful, that information (or acceptable parts of that information) can also be used to create the school/institute's listing, in order to promote that school/institute on the Learn4Good.com website.

If the school/institute's listing application is successful, but the listing cannot be created at this time (for whatever reason provided by Learn4Good.com), the information is kept on file by the Learn4Good administration team, until Learn4Good.com is again ready to create further such listings.

If the school/institute's listing application is unsuccessful, the information submitted is deleted from Learn4Good administration records.

Learn4Good reserves the right to refuse any school/institute it feels is not yet ready for listing on our website, or any school/institute that displays behavior or a quality standard that is not acceptable by the Learn4Good Team.

If the Learn4Good Team feels that additional school information is required in order to create a listing for the school/institute, Learn4Good will use excerpts of text from the school/institute's website regarding the school/institute's location, description, mission, accreditation, methodology, courses or programs. The school/institute's logo or image may also be required for the listing if the school/institute representative has not submitted it with the listing application form. The school/institute can then review the listing online, after it is created.

If the school/institute or the school/institute representative submitting the listing application, does not want this or agree with this, then the Learn4Good Team specifically requests that this be stated along with the reason, in the Comments box on this listing application form.

Information provided for a listing can be updated at any time throughout the year, by re-submitting the listing application form with the requested changes. Learn4Good administration will review the required changes, and if acceptable, add them to the school/institute's listing in turn.

Regarding these Terms & Conditions:
The Learn4Good.com Team reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without notice. The Learn4Good.com owners/operators are the sole interpreters of the website’s intended and acceptable purpose, and the sole decision makers of what schools/institutes are accepted and not accepted for a listing on this website.
