23. Checcino dal 1887, Rome, Italy
45. Gambero Rosso, Italy
48. Enoteca Pinchiorri, Florence, Italy
I have yet to check out those three, but hopefully in this lifetime, I will!

I haven't eaten in any of those restaurant but they cannot be as good as Alvaro al Circo Massimo in Rome
