GCE A Level Math, Physics, Chemistry, Business, Economics, EFL, Thinking skills etc
1. Teaches up to 24 teaching periods per week to A level students according to CIE subject specifications
2. Provides Academic Team Leader with outline teaching plan for the academic year.
3. Sets and marks ‘mock’ examinations once per semester, and ensures that students practice answering questions under examination conditions at regular intervals throughout the academic year.
4. Writes monthly student reports as specified in Dipont’s ‘Handbook for Student and Teacher Evaluation’.
5. Acts as personal tutor to a group of students as assigned by the Academic Team Leader.
6. Participates in ‘Parents Evenings’ three times per academic year (in the middle and end of the first semester and middle of second semester).
7. Participates in ‘Open Days’ (as specified in the Centre Academic Timetable) for prospective students and parents.
8. Examination invigilation.
9. Responsible for advising Academic Team Leader with regard to own subject specialism resources required for students to enjoy the optimum learning experience.
10. Occasional extra-curricular activities, as agreed with Academic Team Leader.
11. Other duties designed to enhance the learning experience of the students and smooth functioning of the Centre as determined in agreement with the Academic Team Leader.

If you don't fancy China, how about teaching part-time in Thailand. Excel Tutors, owned by Excel English, is currently recruiting a maths tutor and a science tutor. Students are studying for IB or IGCSE.
