| N. SEVERSON | Posted: 2012-01-13 01:41:19 I will never, ever refer geico to anybody! I currently am carrying geico insurance. Three months ago, i had my first and only traffic violation while carrying geico insurance. Because of my incident, i had my driver's license temporarily revoked for 30 days. I was required to ask geico to file an sr22, as without this being filed, i would not be receiving my driver's license back at the end of the 30 day period...instead i would need to apply for a new license (take the tests, etc.), plus pay almost $250.00 to the state of sd dmv for this new license. So what did geico decide to do when i notified them that i needed an sr22 filed? They waited until five business days before the deadline for the sr22 filing, and sent me a cancellation/termination of insurance coverage because of my "one and only" traffic violation with them! I am now scurrying to find an insurance carrier...thanks to geico! My word of advice: if you are 100 percent certain that you will not be experiencing any traffic violations while carrying their insurance...you might be ok with them...but unfortunately in this world...one can never be 100 percent certain that they are going to have a clean and clear traffic record! |
| pj97080 | Posted: 2012-01-26 16:30:39 I was checking on my current auto insurance rates to see if I could save money I opted to see if Geico was an option I wanted to consider. After applying for a qoute online from Geico I decided to stay with my current insurer. I received a call from a Geico agent wanting to know if I wanted to use Geico, I told him no, that Geico was $200 higher that my existing insurer. 2 days later I received an email to say that Geico's rfor me were higher because of what's on my credit report. OUT AND OUT LIES! Geico makes false claims as to why their prices are higher than the competition. They are lying about your credit reports. You can have 860 credit score and they will still use your credit report as to why their rates to you are higher than the competition! Use Ameriprise (American Express through Costco) and you'll see your rates be hundreds lower than the GECKO! |
| jgarrettjo | Posted: 2012-02-23 18:55:02 With the economy the way it is, I check around for quotes whenever my car insurance period begins again. I checked five companies and GEICO charged the least. I was glad of that becasue I had been insured by GEICO in the past. Imagine my surpirse when I was assessed an extra amount once my policy was in force which actually took my premium well past the others. I called and there was apparently no reason for the assessment, but I was told that I could lower my bill if I took defensive driving lessons, eventhough I had no tickets or accidents on my record. I cancelled the policy and will not insure with GEICO in the futuer. I find this practice absolutely unethical. |
| missterry | Posted: 2012-02-28 13:37:51 Geico insurance company is the biggest rip off insurance around. Do not insure any vehicles with this company .. Been ripped off!!!! |
| kevin | Posted: 2012-02-28 13:46:54 I totally agree with all the complaints geico sucks!! Do not do business with them. |
| James222 | Posted: 2012-04-04 00:51:21 I suggest that you add APIA Insurance - similar stories. An APIA client did a lot of damage to my property and was charged by police. The APIA company has been promising the world and delivering nothing. The staff are quite dishonest and have continually spun me stories about why they can't pay me, including that their computer systems have been down for three weeks!! |
| GH | Posted: 2012-04-20 01:53:14 I am having a problem with my car insurance- Geico. Roughly about four months ago I got pulled over by a police officer. He stated that he needed to take my plates. I called at that moment my insurance company and they stated that there was nothing wrong and the police officer said no problem – there might be a mistake. A couple of weeks later I got pulled over again and a different police officer stated the same thing. Again I called my insurance company and they stated that everything was fine. The police officer said you should call your local DMV. I called the DMV the next day and they told me that the underwriters through my insurance company canceled my policy as of 2/15/11 to 2/24/11 because they had no information regarding my 18 year old son. MY son prior to that had taken the driving course in school and got a certificate that he completed his days with drivers Ed. The insurance company kept insisting that my son had a driver’s license and he never did. I have proof. I spoke to several different people from Geico regarding this matter and they reassured me that this whole matter would be resolved and that they were so sorry for any inconvenience. As of today 4/18/12 I took my son to the DMV to take his road test. The representative stated that there was something wrong with my plates. Again the same problem occurred regarding my plates. When I got home I called my insurance company again and they stated that my plates need to be taken away for non-payment. This is not what I was told in the beginning. Now Geico cannot help me and the Manager stated that there is nothing we can do – but they hoped they served me with excellent customer service. NOT!!!!!! Cancel your Geico insurance now and go with someone else!!! |
| maria | Posted: 2012-05-22 18:51:38 i have a mazda 3, my lil brother was driven it. he hit a car from begind. suppostly i had full cover, and now it has been two months since they had my car in the shop. They keep telling me something is "wrong with the car or that they order the pieces and they dont get the rite ones", geico is not really doing an effort to help me. i depend on the car, and for these past two months i still have to pay for the month of the car and i have to walk everywhere. i don't know where to complain or who i can talk to. if someone would give me advise i will apreciate. |
| killthegecko | Posted: 2012-05-22 21:54:09 My car was just hit by a geico policy holder on mothers day.My car was totaled. Since my car had been hit earlier that day geico is stalling on seeing my car an taking responsibility for the damagetheir cliet caused. the adjusters and agents have given me the run around. Since I wasn't in the vehicle when the geico policy hoder hit my vehicle no lawyer has time for me. |
| anonYmousS | Posted: 2012-05-23 20:01:45 looks like geico just screws everyone... back in sept2012 i was going northbound on a two way lane and this car decides to turn right, when im traveling on the right lane. so i decide to just move to the left lane. i guess one lane wasnt enough for the b***h because she took up both lanes and threw me onto oncoming traffic! i MOVED back into my lane! it wasnt too much damage and since the town i live in is small an accident on the road can cause much delay so i told her to move to the side of the road to not cause too much traffic. When the sheriffs got there they didnt cite her-idiots- even though she didnt yield to ME! im an insurance agent myself so i knew that since they didnt cite her that it would be hard to get my car fixed. I argued with the sheriffs and told them that she had sideswiped me and that she didnt yield to me (3 yrs worth of justice studies and administration of criminal justice does help-not in this case bkuz their stupid) and they didnt cite her. when i called geico to report my claim she already had and i gave them my story and they didnt get her side of the story till 2 weeks later! she told them that i had gone into her lane and hit her! and since i moved and so did she, they didnt know who to believe! she was avoiding them! this ignorant bastards (adjustors)decided to just let both parties fix their own cars! I was extremely irritated and i told the adjustor every name in the book... not even common sense kicks in with them...i called every day to get the status on the claim and she was avoiding them, if i was at fault i wouldnt want to talk to them either! so now i come to find out that the claim was still open... that they paid out 160 out of my property damage (liability part of the policy) which means i got dinged with the at fault accidnt! do you know that even tyhough the payout isnt too much it still hurts you!?!?!? I WILL SUE if they dont remove... leet you guys know what happens!!! |
| Squire | Posted: 2012-05-25 08:17:59 Two months ago, I had recieved a quote from a geico agent.I told the agent I like the quote given me and to give me a return call in a couple of days, because I'am on a fix income, I would have the money then. At that time, the agent could inform me how or where to go and recieve the policy. The agent never called me back...So, I went to the Grico Insurance company in my area.It was on Boston raod and Dyer Ave. in the Bronx. There I notice the women behind the window was not pleasant, very un professional.I had to do the foot work , by her pointing to a phone on a little table. An told to look on the wall at a peice of paper and dial the number.I spoke to a agent who gave me a quote of $245.00 dollars. They did not take cash,It would have to be done by westen union so I was told to put the money on my card,I told the agent all i had to do was to go across the street to make the transaction . The agent said he will call the agent at the office in 15 minute never called back.I called and another agent picked up the phone, now I'am being told They do not take western union. I told the agent that i was told to put the money on my card a Vista card .The agent they tells me if i have a bank checking account my insurance will be cheaper. if not it will be $300.00 a mth I would have to pay...WHAT>>> A>>> SHAM... |
| jdelllaw | Posted: 2012-06-10 14:30:45 Beware of the Lizard! Having moved to FL in November, we began looking for insurance for our car. We decided to try Geico. In all fairness to the "Lizard" they did not commit fraud but they failed to disclose the facts concerning uninsured motorist. FL is a state where it is estimated that a third of the drivers do not have insurance and further there is no state auto inspection. The price that Geico gave sounded good, but when we got to the point of renewal we discovered that FL does not require uninsured motorist insurance and that is the reason the premium was so low. Also the telephone "lizard" put a $500 deduct. on comprehensive coverage. When we called the "lizard" the premium was a lot more by adding the coverage we thought we had to start with. So FL residents beware! don't let them sell you a policy that will not cover you. In NC our previous state, uninsured motorist is required so don't assume you have this valuable coverage. |
| ronda shay hines | Posted: 2012-06-26 14:17:33 one of there client hit my car and the only repair they did was the body work and nothing else, they are not a very proffessor insurance company , they do not live yp to there name. espeacilly if your car get hit while it is parked in front your home. It took two week for some one to contact you. Then they still did a mess up job, they do one thing right that is lie back in forth |
| Michelle S. | Posted: 2012-07-14 08:39:06 I also got scammed by Geico and was a loyal customer for over 5 years...asked for a quote for my son....they added him without my knowing..sent me a bill for 300.00 and refused to remove him from my policy. I informed the supervisor that I was "shopping" for the best quote...that's why I asked for a "quote" Was told that was their policy because he lives with me to add his and refused to remove him. Had to cancel my account. I have made it my life's work to tell anyone who will listen to never use Geico..even have a sign on my car!! |
| starla | Posted: 2012-07-23 16:47:31 A woman insured by Geico totaled my car while I was driving in a parking lot. I was going about 10mph at the time so you can imagine how fast she was going. The accident occured just after my wedding ceremony and while on our way to the reception. Geico has valued my car way below market rate and refused to tell me the source of their valuation. When I told them I would not accept their "low ball" offer they told me it was a final offer and I could take it or leave it. They are nasty to deal with, have a "too bad for you" attitude and should not be allowed to legally operate. We are insured as a measure to have a responsible party merit out a fair conclusion to an accident. Geico refuses to act as an agent in that regard choosing instead to bully their way to cheap outcomes. For shame. |
| GEICO SUCKS | Posted: 2012-07-31 12:34:09 Hit by a geico insured who ran a stop sign. Had neck and back injuries and had to have surgery on my right wrist (Iam right handed) resulting in me missing out on months of work geico accepted 100% liability however now we are in negotiations for settlement and they are trying to say the are only 90% responsible and I am 10% responsible? What hell? How can they go back and change liability? They are just trying to save money. However all my time WASTED, pain, suffering to me and whole family etc for their driver hitting me WILL BE COMPENSATED or I will stop at nothing to put a dent in their company for all the bs and inconvenience I had encountered. I am so fed up with them low balling everything |
| J Lockamy | Posted: 2012-08-14 09:23:24 I have had Geico for 7 yrs. Was going thru a difficult time and they would not help me at all. They took out 90.54 from my debit card, witch I had already canceled for them to do that. It put me in overdraft. They would not do a thing for me. absolutly nothing. So much for longgivity. And a faithful customer. They were so mean and no compasion at all. I will never ever recomment Geico to anyone. (EVER). |
| Fed up | Posted: 2012-08-21 11:38:14 Geico is one sorry company. I sent a payment off to them they lost it and then try to charge me twice for it. Then I canceled my insurance and trying to get my refund has been a nightmare with the company. It's not a large amount but I still want it and need it. I sent the paper in that I had to sign 6 days ago and they claim that they have not received it. And there excuse to me is that they are a large company.. I am so sick of getting the run around with this company. I will never in my life ever go back to them. I had never gotten any points or anything but yet instead of my insurance going down it was going up and there excuse to me on this was that it coast them more a month is the reason why. That's just crap and we all know it things don't go up ever month they are just a rip off company. |
| Natalya T | Posted: 2012-09-13 19:06:13 I was hit by a Geico client while i was pregnant, now my baby is almost 9 months old, and we are nowhere even close with settling the claim. The person handeling my claim is dragging her feet. She promises to look over my claim and get back to me same buisness day, i end up having to call her over and over after waiting sometimes up to a week with no reply from her. They treat people horrible, I have never been treated this badly before. AVOID GEICO AND THEIR SCAM OF AN INSURANCE. You will not have a peice of mind with Geico. |
| Chante Bolden | Posted: 2012-10-16 12:05:58 My daughter was hit by a Geico client and after talking to the person who will be taking care of the claim I am terrified I won't get my car fixed! You all who have complaints should send them to the BBB because there are no complaints on them so the terribleness is not valid in the business world please go to the Better Business Bureau. |
| C. Carson | Posted: 2012-10-24 08:43:19 After reading these read these reviews, I would say you have some options.first contact your states business trade and consumer protection office. Fill out a complaint form with all your info and as much detail as possible about your experience. Mail it back. Once recieved the office will contact them directly with s complaint letter, giving them so many days to resolve the issue. If the agency dosent hear from them within the specified time frame, they will be fined, and a negitive complaint is placed on their record. You will recieve from the agency a copy of the complaint form from the agency stating they received it, with a case no. And the person handling your complaint. have used this time and time again for issues like when my daughter toovechile to get a timing gear isnstalled, and the shop blew the brand new engind up. The shopbhad seven days to respond or their franchise would of been pulled. You do get results! The business hate having a governmental agency looking at their business transactions. Just call your local office and ask how many complaints have been submitted or received regarding the business you are having issues with. Another option is to contact your state insurance commissioners office and file a complaint. They will follow up with your insurance agency, and resolve issues on your behalf. I hope this helps, those having issues. |
| been there 38 | Posted: 2012-12-04 18:15:33 I've owned a body shop for 38 years, do mostly insurance work so I deal with the important part, fixing your car!! I can only do what I'm paid to do.. Progresive is the worst, can't do their work at all, they pay the worst and Geico is the second worst. Don't pick your car insurance because of a cute cartoon on tv. watch to next fun comercial and see if they actually say anything educated or just make a funny cartoon. If they don't pay the shop properly, you can't get your car repaired properly.. In Pa. area, state farm, usaa, and erie are the best, pay the best, so your repair can be the best.......save the cartoons for the kids on saturday morning................ |

| android5783 | Posted: 2012-12-17 04:40:19 possibly there are people who have had worse troubles than we have due to insuring with GEICO, if anyone has a story similar to mine, i would like to hear from you, or, more importantly, i would like to hear about how you dealt with it!i took out a policy with GEICO in 1999, i had never had a hint of trouble on my driving record, i switched to GEICO from allstate, simply because i was working for the fed., and GEICO was cheaper. so after having been insured with GEICO for close to ten years, no violations, no accidents, no claims filed, we get hit in two separate collisions by college girls who are speeding.the first wreck, the girl is on her dad's insurance, which pays to have the back of my S.U.V. repaired, and a rental. my girlfriend was riding, she was so shook up that she couldn't even ride in the truck, so i have to get rid of it, i tell GEICO, they send me a form from n.y. workman's comp, i'm supposed to take her (my girlfriend) to a doctor, to "evaluate her mental state" then send the form to GEICO. i was working two jobs, and spending every spare moment trying to keep her from going off the deep end.and i could not convince her to go see a doctor. (why should GEICO try to put this off on n.y. state, an why wouldn't they take my word for her condition?) then, she takes off to her sister's without telling anyone for weeks, she had a miscarriage!, (from the accident), but was too upset and depressed to tell me. then, after i had just gotten rid of the S.U.V. and bought a minivan, ( i had bought her a S.U.V. like the one we had that was in the wreck), a month or so after i put the minivan on the road, i got hit AGAIN, another college girl, this time the girl was driving for a catering company. i was the only one in the minivan, thank god, but it was totalled. i called GEICO, they told me to go to court, and the outcome would decide whom they would award the settlement. another instance of near- death the girl who hit me was 18, she was doing twice the speed limit, it was broad daylight, and as i pulled into the intersection, she just slammed into me full speed, going so fast i couldn't even see her coming, and she hit the van right where i was sitting, blew out my window, shoved my van sideways down the street 15 feet, serious wreck.i was kind of in shock, i guess, and i had to work that night, use the van. (i was driving deliveries then). the girl who hit me's boss showed up right away, taking pictures,i just stood there, looking at the van i had just bought, sitting in a pool of brake fluid and broken glass, my girlfriend finally got there, screaming and crying, it was horrible. i submitted all the repair bills, the estimate, i had to put hundreds and hundreds in repairs into the van, out of my pocket, waiting for GEICO to get the other company to compensate us.i went to court, the ADA decided the accident was the girl's fault, (duh), i kept calling and calling GEICO, trying to find out when we would get our settlement, (by now, we were practically broke)and finally, months after the accident, they told me that they had settled with the other party already, that within three days of the accident, they awarded the girl's boss (who's insurance she was driving on)something like $8,400. they could have told US, instead of making us wait. by then we had picked up so many tickets from getting pulled over in the smashed up minivan, it had been impounded two or three times, some drunks vandalized my girlfriend's S.U.V., i kept calling and calling GEICO, we lost both vehicles, plus two more minivans i bought, desperately trying to keep us "on the road, and i have lost my new york state driver's license, (which i held since childhood) due to accumulated fines, scofflaw fees, etc. (it's hard to keep paying traffic fines when your livelihood is driving, and your vehicle is wrecked.) anyone hear of worse? i still call GEICO regularly, i tell them i have no choice but to keep calling until they settle. |
| Jenna Curren | Posted: 2012-12-26 23:29:17 Geico Insurance Company is the most slimy, false company I have ever had the displeasure to do business with. One of their employees (I still know her name, to this day) falsely informed me of procedures that go along with cancelling an insurance policy that ended up costing me over $100. When I spoke to a supervisor and told her the girl's name who fed me the wrong information, she sarcastically said "Yeah let me go ask her what really happened", left me on hold for ten minutes, and then came back on to (predictably) tell me "She says that's not what happened." How convenient for you and your multi million dollar corporation that your employee is refusing to own up to her mistake! When I contacted the BBB about the matter, I was fed the same bologna by a rep from their executive office. They are now demanding that I pay for their employee's mistake with my money. I am thoroughly disgusted and disappointed with how I was treated and spoken to as a customer. Worst insurance company ever. |
| Taylor | Posted: 2012-12-28 20:05:11 I had Geico insurance and when I was wanting a quote to add my 16 year old son. They gave me this outrageous premium so I changed to Allstate. I called them and emailed them to cancel and they told me that they had to add him and that I owe them money from the 3 days that they covered me when I had already had Allstate. They suck and was wondering what or if anything can be done? |
| White Knight | Posted: 2013-01-03 18:02:00 No excuse for the way Geico handled these complaints. Some suggestions from a 38 year claims pro. 1) Contact the Dept of Insurance for your state regarding policy errors. DOI complaints get answered fast. 2) Always carry rental insurance, it is a secondary coverage not automatically granted when you ask for "full coverage" Usually costs about 20-30/6 month policy. 3) Always carry UNDER-Insured Motorist coverage. When some knucklehead rear ends you, and has a 10,000 policy limit, you can claim the EXCESS damages to you and your car on your own policy, under the liability coverages limits. 4) Some of you need to hire an experienced attorney, you know who you are. 5) Bad Faith normally only applies if your OWN insurance company treats you badly or refuses coverage. Check your state laws on "3rd party bad faith" If there are none, and you are a claimant, they did not act in bad faith in the legal sense, but morally, yes they did. That's why a good lawyer is what you need. 6) You don't have to wait until the policy ends to switch to another company. Your old company has to pro-rate your premium to the date you submit your termination request. 7) Also look into local media consumer advocates. Sometimes public embarrasment gets them to act. I can go on and on. I'm probably going to start a BLOG under this username in the near future. Too many people get the shaft. |
| Doc | Posted: 2013-01-04 20:49:23 (Review from a chiropractor) DON'T USE GEICO... here's why... I live in a state (DE) that has no-fault laws. That means the insurance that runs through the car you are driving will pay for the bills... damage and personal injury protection (PIP). That way, regardless of who's fault it is, you don't have to go chasing the "other guy's" insurance company, asking for payment. In our state... and I would imagine all states have a minimum amount you must carry for PIP coverage when driving a vehicle other than a motorcycle. In DE it's $15,000... which is actually a decent amount as far as a minimum. The problem comes in when a patient comes through our doors who's had a motor vehicle accident and have GEICO as their carrier. GEICO apparently plays by totally different rules than everyone else. Payment is VASTLY different with GEICO. How so? Well... someone in GEICO somehow, somewhere found an article (probably peer review) where a doctor stated chronic injuries don't respond well to modalities. That would be therapies chiropractors and physical therapists use... like ultrasound, electric muscle stimulation, hydrotherapy, traction, spinal decompression, laser and others. While I am inclined to agree that chronic injuries don't respond as well as they would to acute injuries (injuries that recently happened) they still give benefit to the patient. The bigger problem is how GEICO defines "chronic injury". They define chronic injury as an injury that is six weeks old. Compare that to what the State of Delaware considers a Worker's Comp injury as "chronic" one day after six MONTHS, and GEICO'S definition seems like nothing more than a money saving scheme. It's a real shame to see people with GEICO come in to our office two months after an accident in a lot of pain because their medication script has come to an end. Then I have to tell them their insurance doesn't cover anything but only adjustments... no modalities... which at that point would really help them. What's amazing is EVERY car insurance and EVERY Worker's Comp claim seems to have no problem paying for modalities even AFTER six months (because they don't use the "chronic injuries don't respond excuse). But GEICO won't even pay if it's a day after six WEEKS, because to them it's a chronic injury. I mean, they've stooped this far... what's to stop them from defining chronic injury as six DAYS? (Here I am giving GEICO claim adjusters ideas.) And the reason I am writing this "review"... GEICO denied payment for a portable TENS Unit to reduce muscle tension and pain while at home and work. They added I needed a receipt to be reimbursed for the unit. As ANY business, we charge a higher amount than what the unit costs us... but I have NO DOUBT that once we submit the invoice they will pay us ONLY what we paid (because we aren't actually in business to profit... wink, wink). As a disclaimer, I will admit I have seen ridiculous charges for TENS Unit charged by chiropractors and physical therapists... more than 10 times what they actually cost, and I think regulation of their costs is a good thing as it SHOULD reduce insurance costs. I do think they should allow for a business to make a profit and charge up to double the amount the product was purchased for, after all, mark-ups are allowed in every industry. If you are looking for car insurance, I would pick ANY other insurance than GEICO. They have their own rules for paying on PIP claims... claims that normally you can use for two years. With GEICO... don't trust them... they'll deny your medical (PIP) coverage, or at the very least minimize it unlike other companies. You pay for your insurance, don't end up being held responsible for a claim because they deny when others likely wouldn't have. |
| Doc | Posted: 2013-01-04 21:39:39 If I persuade just ONE person to pick a car insurance company other than GEICO from my last post, then I'll feel I've returned the favor since they have nothing better to do than take money out of my pocket as well. |
| android5783 | Posted: 2013-01-05 21:57:16 i would like "white knight" to give me a call. i'm the guy in new york state with the two identical accidents in five months that are still not being settled by GEICO. i'm finding out that my situation, and the fact that i ended up losing my driver's license, etc., is merely a tactic that was by members of my own family, and several personal injury attorneys, to keep me "out of the way", while they go around killing off people for insurance money. now, i am not entirely sure that my girlfriend, who was the passenger in the first accident i had, hasn't been "contacted" by these folks, she has become very hostile towards me recently, and seems to have some theory that I had something to do with the wrecks.! it just gets more and more frightening as time goes by. it all seems to have started years ago, with a high school "buddy" who had a crush on my sister, who is now a personal injury attorney, and now, it looks more and more like the two of them decided to instigate a little insurance fraud scheme which has been consuming the lives of lots of my other family members, my mom, an ex- boyfriend of my sister's (who is still living, presumably, but badly disfigured following a boating accident.),accidents other family members and our wives, girlfriends, etc., have been involved in, the two, my sister and the lawyer, have been on a merry "run", and have been getting GEICO claims people to help them keep the whole mess under wraps. when my sister was married, every time her and her ex- husband needed a new car, they would just "total" their old one. every GEICO claims person i have spoken with out of the two new york state claims offices just kept playing "phone tag" with me, so finally, i called an out- of- state claims office, and reported the situation, and my suspicions, to them, they told me that they would report it to their internal investigator, and i would hear from them. a week or so later, i was about to walk out of my apartment, when i heard what sounded like an explosion just outside, i thought a gas main had ruptured, it sounded like the house next door had blown up. i opened my door, and saw that there had been a pile- up on the street, a brand new pickup truck had slammed into three cars, one while trying to make a turn into a parking lot. just then, my phone rang, it was the GEICO investigator. who wanted to know if i STILL had any suspicions about my sister and the lawyer. the first car that the pickup hit was being driven by a woman who was pregnant, there were three other passengers, her boyfriend told me that they were insured by GEICO too, and that the cops put the accident down as being their fault. scary? or what. insurance scammers don't quit when they want to discourage whistle- blowers. i got a letter from the n.y. attorney general's office a few days ago, maybe i should read it. i have made so many calls to them over this, maybe finally they are going to do something. |
