we have several rooms available for females only.
bedroom one is a single room with views of the entrance to the harbour. we are just 50m from the cliff edge. cost per week is 300 and includes food. has tastefully decorated room with solid antique brass bed. lovely stylish bedding in fresh white colour. wardrobe,desk and shelving add to the clean lines of the room. has two windows and gets a refreshing cross breeze.
second room can take two students. has built in wardrobe and two loft beds which are elevated and have desks and shelves below. the bedroom has two windows which catch the cross breeze. each student would pay 250 per week including food
the third bedroom has a double bed and a built in wardrobe. this room has access to the deck where you can see spectacular views of the harbour and city skyline. the cost for this room is 350 per week including food.
other salient features are unlimited wireless internet and cable tv on big screen. there are dishwasher, washer and dryer.
the property was renovated 18 months ago to a high standard. all the living areas have views of the harbour and city, over 180 degrees around
the deck has outside furniture and bbq which are necessity if you are going to experience sydney to the fullest.
the bus stop is almost outside our door. there are two buses you can catch. one takes you to bondi junction where you can transfer to another bus or train. alternately you can catch another bus to edgecliff and transfer to the train to the city. we are less than 30 minutes from the city, about 15 minutes from bondi beach by bus.
it is a little bit more expensive than other homes but well worth it!!
