We are all expats living and working in HCMC, Vietnam. Our house is a four-storey house in Binh Thanh District (near to District 1). One of the rooms with an area of 32sqm (4m by 8m) on the 4th floor will be available at the end of April.
The room is equipped with:
a) TV with Cable TV service (more than 70 channels), FREE-Internet.
b) Air-conditioner, cabinet, Full Queen-Size bed
c) Working Desk/Table, office Chair.
d) Bathroom, with 24-hour ready hot water.
Rent: 390USD/Month (Not inclusive of Electricity & Water. We share it.)
We also share kitchen, washing-machine and the open balcony on the 4th floor. A cleaning lady comes to clean the house once every two weeks and the charge is on us. No worries.
The community environment is quieter than other houses, esp at night, because it is away from noisy streets. There is a kindergarten (1 minute’s walk), an international primary school (2 minutes’ walk) and a café (1 minute’s walk) just nearby, so safety can be guaranteed. Besides, there is a tennis court right after our house, convenient to work out if you like playing tennis.

I'm Kevin from Indonesia and will be relocated soon to Deloitte Ho Chi Minh.
I am interested with your advertisement and wondering whether the unit is still available / not. Thus, is there any pics of the unit / the house for me to consider?

Im Pablo I have a room for rent in Dist. 2, in a 13th floor with good views to the city. 15 mins to downtown by motorbike. Price: 350 USD , not including Internet, Cable, water and electricity.
Clean apartment.
