Facilities: Independent room with attached batch. Full privacy, each room has window and balcony.
Air conditioned, TV, Free Internet, fully furnished with bed, wardrobe, dresser, study table, and guest sofa.
Share parking, washing machine, kitchen and dining area.
House maid to wash cloths and clean room.
Rental: US$ 400.00 per month.
Contract: Minimum one year
Requirement: Clean and caring Male/Female professional. Each room only one guest allowed.
Exception: A married couple are allowed with different rental.
