Can anyone recommend some language learning school or programme that has good offers for courses and accomodation..The schools I've been checking out ( EC London, Wimbledon school of English, etc ) are a little bit too much for me if I want to take more than 1 week..

Hard to say.You did not give any quotes on prices,so nobody
can compare.BUT...yes...Good,old England is pretty expensive.
Try going to Canada.Might be cheaper and you learn English.
But...yes ,everything in life is expensive,when it comes to it.
Homestay is usually added onto the ESL school fees.On top of it.
But,yes...homestay is the cheapest way to go.
Typical hotels start at 100.00 a night and Homestay is only 30.00
dollars a night and includes three meals and private room with
a Canadian family.Real bargain,as longs...as your mother pays the
bills ....
