Consumer Insurance is currently seeking to hire entry-level Sales Assistants in Hillborough County. We are looking for genuinely self-motivated, hard-working, positive, upbeat individuals. After 90 days of consistent production, the opportunity to be promoted to a licensed Broker (training and certification paid) with a 100% commission pay raise will be available. Sales Assistants earn 25% Commission and licensed Brokers earn 50% Commission.
Individuals hired will work from the comfort of their own home via our virtual call center if they meet the following criteria:
-has a fast computer with at least 2 gigs of ram and a Pentium 4 processor (or equivalent speed)
-has high speed internet
-has a headset (used for speaking to customers via the computer)
-has the ability to learn a simple-to-use call center interface
-has a quiet, peaceful, focused work environment
The job of a Sales Assistant is to set appointments for Brokers. We call individuals to offer them a free financial planning meeting and specialize in life insurance, retirement insurance, disability insurance, dental insurance, and health insurance.
