Please describe in detail what is happening. The creators are implementing some new features and it is possible that new features introduced some hidden bugs.

A full page refresh does not happen with pressing F5 button. Only Ctrl+F5 does a full refresh but if there is some content cached by the browser - you might need to go even further - clear browser cache. See images below and provide with a more detailed description of the problem.

Please check your browser name and version and check help files on how to clear browser cache. If you have limited access to such settings - ask your network administrator to do so for you.
