If you want to be fluent in Chinese in a short time, you should know how to learn Chinese. First, you should learn Chinese pinyin. Then you should master how to learn Chinese characters. You can read some good materials to memorize pinyin and characters. With sufficient practice, you can read and speak Chinese fluently very soon. And all these resources on the website are free. Besides, I recommend you to take a free one-on-one online Chinese lesson at this website. It is also totally free.
