The Montessori Academy was established in 1985 in the Green Valley Circle of Culver City, Westchester, Marina del Rey, West Los Angeles, CA 90230. We are a year-round Academy offering a strong academic curriculum in a loving, caring environment. The school provides individualized attention and maintains high academic standards. Montessori teaching tools and methods are used to ensure maximum developmental opportunities for children through age 6.
"We provide an environment that helps the child develop emotionally, socially and physically as a whole," says Academy Director Melanie de Silva. "Due to our low student - teacher ratio, we are able to provide individualized attention to our students. The program includes Music, Art, Spanish and French. Dance, Gymnastics and Yoga classes are also available.
