A tradesman must know how to understand what the project is, and what needs to be created, and then needs the knowledge and skills to use workshop machinery and tools to develop the product. Through the theoretical knowledge and practical experience, students get the experience they require to enter the workforce confidently.
Sheet metal workers are involved in projects including trailer-building, equipment construction, and many bespoke engineering projects.

A trade-level qualification that will teach you how to work with, and fabricate many products, with heavier steel.

Through the theoretical knowledge and practical experience, students get the experience they require to enter the workforce confidently.
Boilermakers are involved in projects including ship-building, heavy equipment construction, and many bespoke engineering projects.

ngineering - Diesel Fitter:
A trade-level qualification that will teach you how to conduct maintenance and overhauls on diesel engines - including industrial and mining machery.
A Diesel Fitter must know how to assess the machinery that requires maintenance, and then needs the knowledge and skills to use workshop machinery and tools to work with engines that most people would never understand. Through the theoretical knowledge and practical experience, students get the experience they require to step into the workshop with this 'extreme' machinery.
Diesel Fitters are involved in projects including car and truck maintenance, through to overhauls of earthmoving and mining machinery, and many bespoke engineering projects.
