It enjoys an extremely pleasant and sunny climate all year round. It is set in a wonderful landscape, with beautiful beaches, palm-trees, excellent Mediterranean food and the most important vineyard in Europe.
Culinary Arts Career Training & French Language Courses:
1-Month Gourmet Programs: We offer Gourmet programs for 4 weeks with 30 hours of lessons per week. You can choose from French Cooking, French Pastry or French Wines. You have the option of taking intensive French lessons as part of your program (15 hours per week of French classes and 15 hours per week of hands-on training). Alternatively, you have the option of taking 30 hours of hands-on training. All of your week-ends are free.
3-Month Gastronomic Programs: 30 hours of lessons per week, including 15 hours per week of "hands-on" classes and 15 hours per week of intensive French classes. Choose from French Cooking, French Pastry, French Wines or Fine Dining Services. All the weekends are free and you have a 1 week mid-term break to travel around France. These courses also offer you the option of completing a 4-month internship (work placement) in a luxury hotel restaurant or restaurant in France.
1-Year Diploma Programs: Diploma in Gastronomic Pastry; Diploma in Gastronomic Cooking; French Wines Diploma; Diploma in French Fine Dining Service. All of our 12 month diploma courses include a 6 month internship.
2-Year Diploma in Gastronomic Food and Beverage Management: In this program you have the choice of two options: 1) Cooking + Pastry or 2) Service + Wines.
