Alberta Caregiving Institute in Edmonton offers evening and weekend Health Care Aide (HCA) certification programs. We provide students with the option of in class training here at our two locations in Edmonton as well as online learning for those who are unable to attend classes in person. We are also expanding our HCA program to the following locations in Alberta: St. Albert, Leduc, Bonnyville, Killam, Vegreville, Castor and Medicine Hat.

- Health Care Aide (HCA) Certificate, full-time 22 weeks.

Additional Study Options:
- Individual HCA Courses: Students who are seeking a flexible work-and-earn program may take individual courses towards HCA certification.
- ESL Bridge Program: We offer English classes for immigrants to help them to to meet the English entry requirements for the HCA program.
