In this 36-week diploma program, you will develop the skills you need to work in a modern medical office. Build strong computer skills and use industry-standard software such as Microsoft Office suite and payroll and accounting software. Graduate prepared to enter jobs such medical office receptionist, medical file clerk, ward clerk or medical transcriptionist.

Medical Office Assistant Program:
Students of this diploma program develop skills in four key areas: medical terminology, medical office administrative skills, medical transcription, and word processing. The program also fosters the development of interpersonal skills, organizational effectiveness, and communication skills necessary to function in a medical environment.
