Homeopathy Practitioner Course - Diploma:
The course curriculum is designed in accordance with the The Core Criteria and the Education Guidelines of the European Council for Classical home
opathy (ECCH) all of which are necessary to meet the requirements of the homeopathy regulatory body in most countries worldwide (Europe, USA, Australia, South Africa, Hong Kong and Thailand, Japan).
The course is delivered at degree (BSc) level and is currently undergoing application for degree status with Higher Education and Training Awards Council (HETAC).
Year 1 of the course offers a broad introduction to homeopathy and equips students with the necessary skills for prescribing for minor first-aid and acute conditions. The full four year course equips students with the necessary skills for professional practice.
COURSE CONTENTS
YEAR 1
Homeopathic principles 1: Introducing students to the underlying principles upon which the practice of homeopathy is based. Teachings of Hahnnemann and how they have been developed in recent years
Homeopathic materia medica and case analysis1 :Introducing remedies from all 3 kingdoms i.e. animal, mineral and plant, acute case-taking, acute case analysis and effective use of the repertory
Personal and professional development 1: This module aims to equip students with supplementary skills vital for study, personal development and professional practice.
Psychology and Counselling 1 (Communication skills): This module aims to provide conceptual and experiential basis for effective communication skills.
Anatomy and physiology 1: Introducing students to first level anatomy and physiology, examining body systems, their functions and dysfunctions

Homeopathic principles 2: in depth learning about homeopathic principles
Homeopathic materia medica and case-taking 2: more homeopathic remedies and chronic case-taking and
management
Personal and professional development 2: This module aims to equip students with supplementary skills vital for study, personal development and professional practice.

Supervised cases 1: case taking and management under supervision

Pathology & Disease 1: Introducing students to first level pathology and disease, examining body systems'

Clinical education continues into the fourth year
Iridology: basic level course. How to use Iridology basics in Homeopathy
All modules are compulsory.
Graduates of the college are awarded a licentiate of the Vis Vitalis Homeopathy International Education. Licensing and/or practicing requirements vary from state to state worldwide. At the present Vis Vitalis has requested accreditation to European Homeopathic bodies, USA, South Africa and Australia.
Homeopathic Postgraduate Course - 3 years in-house course:
The aim of the Vis Vitalis PG-course is to develop in each student a deep understanding of homeopathic philosophy and principles. Once these have been firmly grasped, they can be transformed into powerful tools for creating truly homeopathic solutions to the seemingly confusing and complex pr
oblems which can arise in day to day practice. In essence, this means learning the science of homeopathy and letting it grow into an art!
Most of the course is conducted through lectures which I teach myself. However, a guided sharing of information and ideas is always encouraged and active participation welcomed. Practical application of the theory of homeopathy takes place through video, paper and live cases, as well as through discussion of student's own difficult cases.
The tone of the classes is light and enjoyable, infused throughout with wit, good humour and a promise of learning satisfaction for all who attend!
The Postgraduate Course is unique and stimulating. It contains much new and unpublished information and presentations with an entirely new approach designed to develop the creativity of the student.
Students are encouraged to develop greater insight into the nature of humankind, and the meaning of sickness, health and cure from the homeopathic standpoint.
This is currently a 3 year programme, 6 weekends per year supporting graduates in their practice and covering treatment of difficult pathology and disease cases including homeopathic management and treatment of Nutritional Disorders, Addictions (drugs, smoke, alcohol, etc) , genetically inherited disease, Pregnancy and Childbirth, Breast Cancer, Working with Children, Mental health, Postnatal depression, Health coaching, and many more complaints.
Holistic Nutrition (online course):
Nutrition is an indispensable part of our everyday lives and something that people are becoming increasingly more conscious of. Our distance-learning course is designed to give you a holistic and comprehensive overview of nutrition. It's a great introduction to the world of nutrition for both you and your family, providing you with firm base of understanding.
The diploma course is made up of three units. In unit 1 you learn about the macronutrients: the essential functions of carbohydrates, fats and proteins. In unit 2 you will investigate the micronutrients: the world of vitamins, minerals and water. In unit 3 you study nutrition in relation to health. Contemporary subjects such as `detox`, food combining, allergies and supplementation, are all explored.
