Pitman Training

FETAC (Further Education and Training Awards Council)
Genesis Business College is registered with FETAC (The Further Education & Training Awards Council) and is the national awarding body for further education and training in Ireland. Set up in 2001 by the Minister of Education and Science under the Qualifications (Education and Training) Act, 1999. Genesis Business College offer a wide variety of programmes leading to awards in the National Framework of Qualifications. Course levels ranging from Level 3 certificate to major award Level 6.

Institute of Accounting Technicians in Ireland (IATI)
One of the fastest growing professional bodies in this country. Founded in 1983 to provide a recognised business qualification for ambitious people working or planning to work in middle management in accounting areas. The Institute of Accounting Technicians is a partner body of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.

Our courses are all full-time and involve on average 24 hours of timetabled classes per week. All courses are conducted through English. Students whose first language is not English must be able to demonstrate that they have the minimum required standard of English prior to joining the course. Minimum English requirement is IELTS 5.0.

The diploma training courses available in our Carlow, Kilkenny, Gorey and Wexford centres cover a wide range of skills from Secretarial, Legal Secretarial, Medical Secretarial, Executive PA, Business Skills, Web Design, Book-Keeping, Advanced Accounts and the full Microsoft Office range of subjects.
