European College of Liberal Arts (ECLA):
ECLA is a private, non-profit institution of higher education in Berlin, Germany. It's a college without departments, dedicated to the study of values. Students are taught in small classes and one-to-one tutorials by a select faculty from disciplines like philosophy, literature, political theory, art history, and film theory.

ECLA believes that certain problems concerning politics, morality, art and knowledge have a claim on everyone’s attention, and that rigorous and genuine dialogue concerning them is a real achievement. Students and faculty come from all over the world to ECLA and work together in English. They share the facilities of a small residential campus and the cultural riches of one of the most vibrant capitals in Europe.

Courses / Programs taught in English:
B.A. in Value Studies (a four year programme covering philosophy, literature, political theory, and art history); Project Year (designed for students who already have 3-5 years of academic experience and a strong interest in Value Studies); Academy Year (a one-year programme with moral, political, epistemological and aesthetic training); International Summer University (a six week programme with readings and discussions on philosophical, literary, and historical texts.)
