While the Business program addresses a number of the skill areas in the business field, such as finance, marketing, operations, and human resources, there is emphasis on the overall function of the organization and how its success is the result of the contribution of all areas and departments. Graduates of the program are able to apply communications, customer-service, information technology, teamwork, problem-solving, and task-management skills to support the business activities of an organization.

Our Business program specializes in providing the student the relevant and practical business skills demanded by the small business operations which are fuelling our economy. In today's economy, managing IT means much more than keeping the server going and the network operational. Hampton College offers you the most comprehensive training that enables you to build IT career in Information Technology and stay competitive today and in the future. Since IT is a broad area, the program is designed for individuals who work in systems management, mailing security, network administration, network systems deployment and support, and helpdesk services. Graduates in the IT Diploma Programs will receive certification from the industry leaders e.g. Microsoft, Cisco, Novell, Apple, Wireless, LPI, CompTIA.

The various diploma programs prepare students to fill critical positions in Networking Technology solution design, management and support. The program is designed to give students a strong understanding in troubleshooting procedures, practical knowledge in implementing various advanced networking technology solutions, implementing and managing network security measures. In preparation for careers in information technology, applicants should be aware that success in this program requires a high level of commitment and dedication, as well as a willingness to go beyond the material presented in class and in labs. Licensed versions of selected Microsoft O/S and development tools are also made available to students through a departmental agreement with Microsoft (MSDNAA) for academic and home use.
