They plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the activities of establishments and departments involved in commercial, industrial, wholesale and e-business sales, marketing, advertising and public relations.
- Business Administration Diploma Program (25 weeks):
Business Administrative officers are employed throughout the private and public sectors and form a very large occupational group in British Columbia. They oversee and set up administrative procedures, set work priorities and manage the supply of administrative services, such as office space, supplies and security services. They may also handle some cash and direct the work of clerical staff.

Health Sciences and Social Development Programs:
Sprott-Shaw is one of the largest Practical Nursing trainers in Canada and the largest Health Care Assistant (HCA) trainer in BC.
- Health Care Assistant (HCA) Diploma Program (29 weeks):
The HCA Program is designed by the Ministry of Advanced Education and Labour Market Development to provide you with opportunities to develop the skills, knowledge, and attitudes necessary to function effectively as a front-line care-giver and respected member of the healthcare team, in facility and community settings. Under the direction and supervision of a health professional, graduates provide person-centred care aimed at promoting and maintaining the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social well-being of residents / clients.
- Practical Nursing Diploma Program (50 weeks):
Licensed practical nurses provide
nursing care for patients under the direction of physicians, nurses, and other health team members. They take vital signs, such as temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and respirations. They distribute medication to patients, prepare and give injections and enemas, treat bedsores, apply aseptic dressings, insert catheters and perform other personal treatment. They help patients with bathing, dressing and personal hygiene. They feed them, keep them comfortable and care for their emotional needs.
Note: Successful completion of this program does not guarantee a license to practise. That license is issued by the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of B.C. only after successful completion of the mandatory national examination.

Become a Red Seal Trade Qualified Electrician in as little as 8 weeks! Our modular program provides entry level skill training in the electrical field. It creates opportunities for apprentice electricians to gain employable lifetime skills and provide employers with a hightly skilled and experienced workforce while strengthening British Columbia’s economy. Electricians install, alter, repair and maintain electrical systems designed to provide heat, light, power, control, signal or fire alarm for all types of buildings and premises.
