- Online Amadeus Training - 50 hours:
Subjects Covered: AIS, access type indicators, additional hotel entries, addresses, basic flight availability, booking a car at a passenger's destination, booking a hotel at a passenger's destination, building a complete PNR and ending transaction, cancelling seating elements, car terms, changing and deleting PNR data, changing segment status, displaying the sub-fields of a PNR, encoding and decoding cities, airports and airlines, entering fare elements, fare displays, fare notes, flight sell, follow-up availability entries, frequent-flyer element, general remarks, HELP system, hotel segment modification, introduction to classes of service and basic restrictions, introduction to the PNR, itinerary pricing, miscellaneous Amadeus functions, name element, OSI elements, PNR management, PNR queues, practice building complete PNR's, rebooking itinerary segments, received-from element, retrieving a PNR from a similar name list, retrieving a PNR from the Amadeus database, return availability, SSR elements, seat maps, seat requests and wishes, signing in and out, specific seat request and seat wish, telephone element, ticketing, ticketing element, timetables, waitlist assurance, working through a PNR queue.

Subjects Covered: Galileo HELP, Best Buy, PNR data change and delete, PNR mandatory fields, PNR optional fields, building a complete PNR, car booking (CarMaster), changing segment status, classes of service, encode/decode cities, airports and airlines, fare quote, fares, flight availability, flight service information, hotel booking (RoomMaster), introduction to reducing/dividing PNRs, itinerary pricing, queues, rules, seat assignments, seat maps, sign-off, sign-on, storing a fare, tariff displays, ticketing.
- Online Worldspan Training - 50 Hours
- Online KLM CODECO Airport Computerised Check-In Programme:
This course covers the basics of CODECO for check-in, for passenger retrieval and for flight information. It simulates a live system.
It consists of 4 sections:
1. Before Check-in: How to sign-in and use the CODECO system along with retrieving flight information.
2. The Check-in: Check-in basics.
3. Check-in Variations: Check-in irregularities.
4. Gate Handling: Boarding passengers in CODECO by Automated Boarding Control or Manual Boarding Control.
Practice Cases: Once you have completed the above 4 sections, there are four practice cases to be carried out.
Diploma in International Travel Industry Studies Level 1:
This course is divided into 2 sections - Certificate in International Travel Industry Studies and either Galileo, Amadeus or Worldspan GDS Reservations.
