Italian Combined Course (group + individual lessons)
A combination of group and private lessons; Students will attend the group course in the morning and will supplement his/her learning with private lessons in the afternoon.
The individual course is recommended to students who need a specific program of study or who simply prefer having a more direct, one-to-one contact with the instructor.
This course, articulated in 12 phases, results in attaining a complete mastery of the Italian language, even if starting at a level of absolute beginner. After having obtained the diploma at the end of the advanced course, the lessons will be concentrated on the more difficult and intricate aspects of the Italian language in order to reach a solid and long-lasting acquisition. The content of the lessons will treat not only linguistics, but also all aspects of Italian culture, from art history to cuisine and from music to enology.
The end of the course coincides with the dates for the CILS certification (June and December), however this course prepares students for any type of Italian linguistics exam for admittance to schools, academies, or Italian departments.
The staff of Accademia Europea di Firenze will assist students in the necessary steps toward applying for certification exams.
