Wordoku is a crossword-style letter placement puzzle game for kids and adults of all ages where you have to fill up all of the blank squares in the grid, using the letters A to I. It’s a variation of the classic Japanese game Sudoku but instead of using numbers, you use letters. Although it seems simple, this stimulating and challenging brainteaser requires a huge amount of logical thinking and patience to get the job done right. It’s a fantastic memory and concentration booster and will keep your brain in super-duper, tip-top shape! Have a go; see if you can fill all 3×3 tables.

OK, your goal is to complete the puzzle grid so that every space is filled by one of these 9 letters: A,B,C,D,E,F,G,H and I. There are some rules that you must stick to: Every 9 cell ROW contains only one copy of a letter – Every 9 cell COLUMN contains only one copy of a letter – Every 3×3 BLOCK of cells (divided by the thicker lines in the puzzle grid) contains only one copy of the letter. In short, don’t duplicate a letter in any row, column or 3×3 block – as this invalidates your answer. Once you insert an incorrect (repeated) letter, you can see the row, column or block (illuminated in orange) where the letter might also be. Try and go as fast as you can to get higher rankings. Remember, your score goes from high to low – the longer you take. OK, time for some brainy-brilliance and wonderful word adventures. Have fun puzzle-nerd!

You are then given a circle of orange letters above the square to choose from – (A,B,C,D,E,F,G,H,I). Click on the letter you want to use and it will appear in the square. Click on X (in the circle of letters) if you want to delete the insertion or see the screen without the circle of letters. The “less than” symbol (
