Hospitality Operations Diploma
2 Semesters, totaling 8 - 10 months

In just eight months you will learn about the key hospitality departments including rooms, sales & marketing, food & beverage and accounting. You also have the opportunity to obtain some valuable work experience. Learn hospitality fundamentals through the world-recognized curriculum from the Educational Institute of the American Hotel and Lodging Association. Practicum option (unpaid work experience) will extend program up to two months beyond class end dates.

Hospitality Management Diploma
Minimum 3 Semesters, totaling 12 months

Elevate your career opportunities with the Hospitality Management Diploma. Take the fundamental courses required in the Operations Diploma plus some courses designed specifically for management and to help you plan your career. You also obtain important work experience through a practicum (unpaid work experience) or co-op (paid internship) placement. 125 - 200 hours practicum is mandatory after the successful completion of the first semester. Alternatively a 400 hours co-op can be completed after the successful completion of the second semester. This one-year program is an excellent way to launch your supervisory or management career.
