1. Metàfora, Barcelona Courses / Programs
Located in the heart of Barcelona, on the northeast Mediterranean coast of Spain, Metàfora is an international art school offering diploma courses and workshops in contemporary art and art therapy to artists and art students from around the world. Our primary contemporary art program is “The International Workshop" which is a full-time studio-arts course taught in English. It comprises four levels, each designed for different student-groups: Advanced / Postgraduate Diploma in Studio Arts (Route A), Advanced Certificate in Studio Arts (Route B), Certificate in Studio Arts (Route C) and Foundation Studies in Studio Arts" (Route D).

Students with different backgrounds and experiences come to Metàfora for 5 weeks to 2 years, depending on your personal goals and ambitions. Workshops are offered throughout the year in areas such as Life Drawing, Pictorial Processes (Painting), Photography and Digital Media, Object & Space (Techniques in Traditional Sculpture, Installation and Object-Making), and others. During free studio time each student works on individual projects, choosing materials and working techniques according to his/her own interest.
The International Workshop is a full-time studio arts course (taught in English) for young artists & students of Fine Art or Design. It is comprised of 4 levels:

- Advanced/Postgraduate Diploma in Studio Arts
- Advanced Certificate in Studio Arts
- Certificate in Studio Arts
- Foundation Studies in Studio Arts

Metàfora's Initial Diploma in Art Therapy can be taken as an integrated part of The International Workshop.

We also offer short courses and intensive summer courses in studio arts & art therapy.

2. Spanish-American Institute of International Education, Seville Courses / Programs
Established in 1984, The Spanish-American Institute of International Education (SAIIE) offers study abroad programs for college students from all over the USA, including the study abroad program for University of Wisconsin-Platteville. We offer 3 semester programs: Fall, Spring and Summer. Seville is located in the community of Andalusia in south-western Spain and is only 1 hour from Madrid and Barcelona by air.

Our academic programs offer a personalized intercultural learning experience in a fully integrated Spanish-speaking environment. We strive for excellence in academics, cultural immersion and social integration. In addition to the classes themselves, the Institute structures each program to enhance learning opportunities through: field trips, cultural and social activities with Spaniards, conversation partnerships with native speakers (intercambios), volunteer, opportunities and accommodation in Spanish homes.

No prior knowledge of Spanish is required. However, students need to take at least 1 Spanish Language class or literature class. Students study Spanish on the appropriate level and take the remainder of their courses in Spanish or in English, depending on their fluency.
Semster abroad programs for college students include:

3. Marbella Design Academy Courses / Programs
Marbella Design Academy is an international design school in Spain offering Bachelor of Arts (BA) honours degree courses in interior design, fashion design and graphic design, subject to validation by Middlesex University in London UK. Our courses are taught in English to students from around the world. They are quality assured by Middlesex University, and you will receive a Middlesex award on successful completion. Graduates can then continue to study for an additional year to earn a Masters Degree at Middlesex University. 

Marbella Design Academy is state-recognized by the Ministry of Education - Junta de Andalucia in Spain - the only international design school in Spain to achieve this recognition. This means that the school, its tutors and the education offered are quality-controlled by the Ministry of Education in Spain. Special needs students (individuals with a physical disability) are welcome to apply.

Marbella Design Academy has an academic level that competes with the best design schools in the world.
