 The International Hotel and Tourism Industry Management School or I-TIM as it is now known, is
located in Bangkok. It was established in 1988 and has been awarded
"The best school award" by the Ministry of Education. Students learn
both theory and practical subjects. I-TIM was the first
professional education institute in Thailand to
train career professionals in English for the
hotel and tourism industry.
I-TIM is presently open to students worldwide
and operates in the role of regional training
center for the tourism industry which is very
important for the economies of many countries in
the world. I-TIM welcomes applications from men
and women interested in an innovative curriculum
and a serious academic challenge which will
prepare them for a dynamic career in hotel and
tourism management.
Courses
1 year Certificate in Hotel & Tourism Operations and a 2 year Diploma in Hotel and Tourism Management.
Due to I-TIM 's reputation and high standard of
courses offered, I-TIM's two-year diploma is
accepted by many prestigious universities and
colleges worldwide. Some credits are
transferable from I-TIM 's one-year certificate
program as well, however, should a student wish
to transfer overseas to complete a degree I-TIM
's two-year diploma course offers students with
a greater variety of options along with a
greater number of credits being accepted which
enables them to complete their degrees in a
shorter period of time.
5 month internship with salaried overseas internships for some students in 2nd year.
