Founded in 1986, Polimoda Fashion Design and Marketing Institute in Florence, Italy, is a dynamic international school offering quality, hands-on training for students from around the world who are seeking professional careers in the fashion industry. We provide a wide range of courses from undergraduate and graduate degree courses, taught in Italian or English. In addition, we offer summer courses in fashion design and fashion marketing as well as private courses for both students and professionals.

Alchimia is a private professional contemporary jewellery school in Florence, Italy. We offer academic jewellery design courses at BA and specialization levels, and also short-term programs from 2 weeks to 3 months in length. Our mission is to provide students a supportive and practical work environment where interaction with our instructors and technicians gives students the conceptual and technical knowledge about contemporary jewellery necessary to prepare them as professional makers, artists and designers.
Our three-year program is structured in a sequential manner to allow students to slowly develop their awareness of both their own work, and the contemporary professional standards. The school admits a maximum of 12 students in each class. Interaction and communication between students and teachers is essential and will instil students with enough experience to become professional makers, artists, and designers.
Short-term intensive courses with open dates are available all year and individual study programs (max. 6 students) give the opportunity to experience contemporary jewellery to both beginners and advanced students.

Founded in 1983, Accademia Riaci is an Academy of Art and Design in Florence, Italy. Our courses include professional 1-year master courses, 2-year basic courses, 1-year / semester programs and short courses. Subjects offered include jewelry design, interior design, drawing & painting, graphic design, ceramics, glass art, culinary arts and product design among others. Our 2-year basic courses are taught in Italian only. All other courses are offered in Italian or English.

Accademia Italiana is a top international fashion and design school in Florence and Rome. Discover the healthy secrets of Italian cuisine with chef Biagio and his use of fresh grown ingredients for creating the simple local Mediterranean dishes. Our way of cooking has evolved over the centuries. The south of Italy has always been a Mediterranean base through which many civilizations have passed, giving to our land and likewise to our plates a touch of their traditions. Our mission is to teach our students the art of traditional southern Italian cooking, specifically those dishes rooted in our culture and way of life. In this way we not only offer cooking classes, but a piece of our historical heritage.

Cooking classes begin in the late morning or afternoon to cook a different full 4 course meal every day, which is then served for lunch or dinner at Mami Camilla. The chef, provides each student with a book of recipes so that you could follow each day's menu and take notes and ask any questions that you may have. We always give the students the opportunity to have hands on experiences with every dish we make, that's why we limit our class size to no more than 5/6 students.
