Languages in Action:
Languages in Action is an international organization of language schools providing opportunities to learn a language of your choice, at language schools around the world. Learn German in Austria with Languages in Action at our language school in Kitzbühel, Tirol, a beautiful, medieval city in the Tyrol region in the west of the country. Our German school was founded in 1981 and was accredited by the governmental body Campus Austria in 1990 as a German language school of outstanding merit. It is a small German school set in the Austrian Alps, surrounded by exceptional natural beauty.

Our German programs are designed to bring students of all nationalities together and to encourage them to learn German in authentic situations. We have a very full program of activities.

Individual or Group German courses for all levels; Intensive German course; private German lessons; Business German.

Our Teachers:
We are part of an international language training group with over 5,000 trained teachers at 20 language teacher training centers around the world. We train great teachers and offer superb language courses.

Kitzbuhel is one of Austria's best known and picturesque winter sport resorts located in the Alps between Innsbruck and Salzburg, south east of Munich, (in Bavaria, southern Germany). Kitzbuhel is ideally placed to get to from any of the international airports in those three major cities.

Kitzbuhel is world renowned for its skiing, holding the World Championship Downhill Ski Race every year. The area’s mountains and lakes are amazingly beautiful year round. The town itself is also very picturesque and charming. You can enjoy its many cafes, the museum and the lively nightlife in its clubs and bars.

Cultural Activities:
Our German language school runs a program of cultural and entertainment activities. We offer at least one a day and can include trips to Innsbruck, Salzburg and Munich, skiing and snowboarding, hiking, etc. These activities will bring you into closer contact with Austrian culture and enhance your learning experience.
