1 . Rangi Ruru Courses / Programs
Located in Christchurch, New Zealand, this is a boarding and day school of the highest quality. Rangi Ruru Girls' School is one of New Zealand's top achieving schools, offering independent Intermediate (Year 7 and 8) and Secondary (Years 9 to 13) education for Day and Boarding students. New Zealand's national qualification for secondary school learners is the National Certificate of Educational Achievement - NCEA. Internatonal students are welcome. International students who do not have English as their first language will usually be asked to sit an assessment test in Christchurch, to determine whether they are ready to study in mainstream classes. All international students are mainstreamed and they must have the English skills to cope with classroom and homework tasks. Note: Entry to senior classes (Years 11-13) requires a higher level of English than entry to junior classes.
The NZ curriculum framework consists of 7 Essential Learning Areas: languages; mathematics; science; technology; social sciences; the arts; health and physical education. Wairarapa College is a state, co-educational school with boarding facilities, located in Masterton which blends tradition with innovation as it seeks to develop the full potential of each student. Set in spacious and beautiful grounds, the College contains a mixture of old and new buildings. It presents an attractive learning environment for students. Longburn Adventist College (LAC) is a day / boarding, co-educational Year 7-13 Christian College owned and operated by the Seventh-day Adventist Church. Established in 1908, it is a state integrated school offering Christian education to intermediate and senior aged students from age 12 to 18 (junior secondary to Year 13 high school). LAC is situated in Longburn near Palmerston North New Zealand on the North Island 2 hours north of Wellington.

LAC offers education to local day students, 5-day/week boarding, 7-day/ permanent boarding and international students. LAC offers education to Christian children who attend church regularly (either them or their parents). Students are selected by a preference system during their enrollment selection process to abide by the agreement between NZ State Integration Authorities and the Seventh Day Adventist Church.

We have a very flexible boarding programme at King's, catering for 360 boys from Years 9 to 13 and 50 girls in Years 12 and 13. Established in 1916 and, in the 1970s, one of the first girls' colleges to become integrated in New Zealand, we consistently provide a holistic education for young women in Years 7 to 13 (Forms 1 to 7). Masterton is a short trip by car or train (approx 90 minutes) from Wellington, New Zealand's capital city. Students at Solway College attain a high level of academic achievement.
