The St.Gallen MBA - Full Time
The MBA-HSG Programme started in 2005 and is currently in its 4th year. The programme has one intake in September of each year.

The programme is divided into four terms, each lasting three months:

Term 1: Six core courses
Term 2: Three core courses and three electives
Term 3: Six electives (from a choice of 15)
Term 4: MBA project (e.g. Academic thesis or business project)

The St.Gallen MBA - Part Time
The University of St.Gallen launched a new part-time option alongside the full-time MBA with the first full cohort beginning August 2008. This programme is designed with working professionals in mind and is intended to allow participants to remain in full-time employment at the same time as having the benefit of an MBA education. Each year approximately 40-50 places are available on the programme.

Key characteristics:
- 20 month programme taught in 4 stages
- Stage 1 taught in cooperation with ESADE Business School in Spain
- The award of a Diploma in Executive Education following the completion of Stage 1 (10 months)
- Comprehensive softskills and personal development training from both ESADE and St.Gallen
- Stage 4 taught in conjunction with full-time MBA class
- Taught in 4 locations across Germany, Switzerland and Spain
- 6 Tuition payments tax deductible across 3 tax years.
 
Programme for Leadership Development
An Executive Programme for Leadership Development (PLD) taught jointly by the ESADE Business School and the Executive School of the University of St. Gallen.
