3D Animation:You are an individual with creative flair and a passion for animation. Animation is where giving life to your idea, is quite literally “giving life” to your idea. An object is inanimate without the nuances, and physical movement that expresses shock, sadness, joy, anger, or fear. Or the body language that clues us to tension or intention, arrogance, humility, or shame. Whether it be humanizing an animal or animalizing a human, animators must know how to create realism in motion and environment. This allows the willing suspension of disbelief, so essential in telling great stories. An Animators characters are the ‘story in motion’, not unlike real actors.
You will train at a leading animation school using the tools and techniques required for professional
production work. You will learn and develop advanced character design for various genres and character types, expressing mood through motion, and visual storytelling.
