As a small, elite school, The Culinary Arts School of Ontario gives you a superb start to your career. What you learn, in two 5 month semesters, would take years in other culinary institutions. Our Culinary Arts Programs immerse you in the essential skills that form the building blocks of all Classic cuisine. You learn basic knife skills, stocks, sauces, meat, poultry and seafood cookery through classic interpretation of recipes, and work your way through more sophisticated levels of food preparation. This strong classical background has helped our graduates pursue highly creative careers, and the development of fascinating fusions and other cuisines. For The Culinary Arts School of Ontario graduates, this cooking "backbone" will be there to support whatever they choose to do.

Courses:Culinary Arts Diploma, 5 month (360 hour) Culinary Management Diploma, Professional Baker Certificate, Bartender Certificate. Co-op Programs and an assortment of recreational cooking programs. Study full or part time.
