Based in Ottawa, Canada's national capital, NSL Camps is one of Canada’s leading English language summer schools. We specialize in beginner to advanced level English summer camp programs for children ages 8-19, as well as a Parent and Child Summer Camp Experience. Skinner Creek ESL Guest Ranch in British Columbia, north of Vancouver, offers 2 unique programs designed for international students, one for ages 7-12 and the other for students ages 13-18.

Each student experiences outdoor adventures combined with an intensive English program. Skinner Creek ESL Summer Camp has a cozy atmosphere with a maximum capacity of 16, providing wonderful opportunities for interaction and attention to each student.

Students who come to Skinner Creek have the oppportunity to learn English in an environment entirely different from a regular school setting. English classes are designed to meet the academic and conversational levels of each student.

6. Huntsman Marine Science Centre, New Brunswick

The Huntsman Marine Science Centre is located in the busy resort community of St. Andrews by-the-Sea, New Brunswick, Canada. Less than half an hour’s drive from Maine and about an hour from Saint John, NB, we offer a week-long, residential marine biology summer program for students 15-18 years of age which is a fun hands-on introduction to marine biology and some local research projects.

The Huntsman Marine Science Centre is a not-for-profit education and research facility that has been offering unique, hands-on field courses for students of all ages since 1987. The course cost is all-inclusive and covers - dormitory accommodation; three full meals per day; instruction of the Huntsman Education teaching staff; boat excursions, lab equipment and supplies; admissions; and all taxes.
Introduction to Marine Biology: A week-long, residential marine biology summer program for students ages 15-18.

This is a fun hands-on introduction to marine biology and some local research projects. You will assist with real time baseline data collection for a number of on-going projects and have an opportunity to work alongside Huntsman scientists. The different research techniques and methods that you will learn about should be transferable to your school work. It is not always serious stuff!

Main Street Community Services in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, is a not for profit community agency. Using a pro-active and cognitive-behavioral approach to learning, our Social Skills Day Camp in Ottawa enables children, ages 5-14, to develop satisfying interpersonal relationships by enhancing skill proficiency in a variety of areas that foster social competency.

All staff are university/college educated and trained (including dedicated Developmental Service workers, Social workers and Teachers) with several years of direct experience in this field. The Director, a clinical counsellor and a behavioural specialist are on hand always and have a Master’s level of education.
Social Skills Day Camp (ages 5-14):

Through out each camp session children will be provided a fun, safe and therapeutic environment where their individuality and uniqueness is respected and nurtured. Each child will be provided opportunities for: Sports, Martial Arts, Arts and Crafts, Cooperative Activities, Swimming, Relaxation, and much more.
8. New Image College of Design and Technology, Toronto

Game Creation and Technology Summer Camp provides summer week-long programs for campers ages 7-16 during the months of July to August. Programs are offered in the areas of 2D and 3D Game Creation, Graphic & Web Design, 2D & 3D Animation and Video Editing. The camp runs in the Teens Computer School Office at 4544 Dufferin Street in North York in Northern Toronto. The camp runs from 9 to 5.30 Mon-Fri excluding holidays.

At the Game Creation Summer Camp, our goal is to provide a FUN, INTERACTIVE & MEMORABLE experience for your child. The instructors for this camp are technology professionals who are committed to providing a rewarding learning experience through a wide array of activities.

9. English in Canada - International Summer Camp

English in Canada - International Summer Camp is offering an English language summer program with a difference for children / teenagers ages 10 to 17 years. Our summer camp is based at the University of Ottawa, close to downtown Ottawa in the eastern portion of Southern Ontario, Canada, approximately 350 km north-east of Toronto.

Each summer, over the past 30 years, 400 international students have enjoyed a unique learning experience. Summer camp participants will improve their English in a multicultural, fun setting, and will make new friends. Our language instructors, as well as activity instructors are university graduates with appropriate degrees. Our classes are limited to 15 students.

For many young students this will be the first time away from home. "Destination Canada" takes total care of its participants. They will be in a friendly and safe environment with 24-hour supervision and health care. Students will be picked up from and returned to Ottawa Airport. "Destination Canada" will make sure that all return flights are confirmed.
