The collection at the VCC Library includes a wide variety of print and electronic materials that have been selected to assist students with their studies. Each location holds collections relevant to the programs housed on its campus and librarians knowledgeable about materials for your program or department.

The Broadway library is widely recognized for its extensive collection of English language instructional resources and the expertise of the library staff in these area. The library also as has a large amount of resources for those with visual or print difficulties and suitable adaptive technologies.

The library also offers a variety of programs and services to help develop research and information literacy skills. In the library, students can:

- access print materials such as books, newspapers, magazines, readers
- find videos, CDs and audio cassettes
- get help with research for assignments
- search electronic databases
- access electronic encyclopedias, reference resources and full-text periodicals
- search the internet and send e-mail
- use adaptive technology

For distance learners, as well as other users, many library services are available online, including access to the library's databases and eJournals. The Library also makes books and other media available to registered distance learners and librarians are available by email, phone or live chat.

12 Month Certificate Program training as an Information Technology Specialist (Computer Maintenance Technician, Helpdesk Analyst, Network Management, Computer Applications Instruction, Web Page Development ). Program Start: January, May, August.
