Vancouver English Centre offer a wide variety of English language courses in downtown Vancouver. Grammar and Conversation courses are divided into 16 individual levels. Our homestay program allows you to enjoy complete English immersion with a Canadian host family in Vancouver. Computer labs with high-speed Internet access, coffee bar and dining hall. We have linkage programs with universities & colleges in Canada & USA.
Courses:We know you have unique language abilities. Our system will assess your written and oral capabilities, so that you will be placed in an appropriate level for each skill. If you are in the perfect level, you will learn quickly.
Full-time & part-time ESL courses. Elective programs, TOEFL, TOEIC, IELTS, Business Internship.
VEC students from a certain level are accepted to some universities & colleges without a TOEFL or IELTS test.
Activities:The Canadian International Sport Academy brings you quality activities seven days a week. Activities include everything from studio fitness classes like Yoga and Break dancing to outdoor activities such as beach volleyball and kayaking. CISA also offers sports tournaments and competitions including soccer, billiards and "The Ultimate Race".
CISA offers optional leisure and sightseeing activities after school. This is a fun way to make new friends, practice your English and see more of the city.
The Vacation Study Program combines morning classes with weekly afternoon sightseeing and leisure activities.
Experience a full day of fun on Saturday where students will be taken outside of the city to see more of beautiful British Columbia.
Homestay:Homestays are Fun
Enjoy the Vancouver lifestyle in a homestay with a Canadian host family. In Vancouver, homestay accommodation is fun, safe, and inexpensive. For only CAD$27 per night, you will have a private room and three daily meals at your Canadian homestay.

Vancouver English Centre has thousands of host families that meet the various needs of our homestay students. We will arrange a homestay to suit your personal preferences. For example, if you request a North Vancouver homestay with pets and children, we will match you with such a homestay.
