Village
du Soleil is the only school in France which is situated right on one

Juniors
Our school is, since 1985, one of the leading schools in France and
we welcome each year about 3500 students from all countries. Our
language immersion programs for juniors (14/17 years old) take
place in Antibes, Cannes, Hyères, Biarritz, Nice and Paris. Our
package is all inclusive and consists of a double room in a
French family or a room for 2, 3 or 4 in the residence, Full

Open Doors
Open Doors provides
English literacy classes for English-speaking children. We are based in the
western suburbs of Paris and have been operating since 1985. Our classes are
compatible with the French school timetable and all our pupils attend French
school. Over 80 children, aged 4-11 years old, are currently enrolled. We limit
the teacher/pupil ratio to 1 to 10. We employ only qualified primary school
teachers who are native English speakers. They have wide experience of both an
Anglophone education system and bilingual children. All nationalities are
welcome but good spoken English is required. Open Doors is a non-profit making
association run by parents. Fees are kept to a minimum. There are both nursery
classes and primary school classes.

The International School of Paris (ISP)
The International School of Paris (ISP) is the only Anglophone school in the city of Paris that provides for children from Nursery (age 3) to Grade 12. Today, the school has facilities for 625 students and 85 staff members in four buildings in the sixteenth arrondissement. Grades 4 - 12 are just a short walk from the Eiffel Tower. Nursery - Grade 3 are near the Ranelagh gardens. The school is a non-profit, independent and co-educational establishment. American School of Paris
The American School of Paris is an independent, coeducational day school which offers an educational program from pre-kindergarten through grade 13 for students of all nationalities. The curriculum is that of U.S. college-preparatory schools and also prepares students for the International Baccalaureate (IB). The School emphasizes the learning of French and makes extensive use of Paris and surrounding regions as curriculum resources English is also offered for non-English-speaking students in grades K-7. Elective courses offered in the Upper School include Advanced Placement (AP) and IB courses amongst others. Extracurricular activities include sports, drama, music, student government, clubs, and community service organizations. The School is accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools and the Council of International Schools. Bordeaux International School
Bordeaux International School was established in 1988 by the non-profit making Association Linguistique et Culturelle Internationale. It provides full-time primary and secondary education from the age of 3 to 19. The kindergarten and primary schools are bilingual. The Primary school is accredited by the French Ministry of Education ('sous contrat'). The English-speaking students follow the English National Curriculum, and the French speaking students, the French National programme, both adapted to serve the needs of an international community. In the Secondary school, classes are taught in English and students are therefore only accepted if their competence in English is satisfactory. Students prepare for IGCSEs, and the AS and A2 Level examinations in a range of subjects. The programmes are adapted to meet the needs of American students requiring entry qualifications to colleges in the United States. Emphasis is placed on acquiring competence in the French language both through small classes within the school and involvement in educational, sporting and cultural facilities offered by the city outside the school.
