Courses
Our language courses are highly comprehensive with varying levels of intensities and durations to cater
for students' varying needs and goals. Classes are small, with an average of 5 -8 students per class and a maximum of 12 students per class. This ensures that students are able to receive the optimum amount of attention and assistance from their teachers and make the most of their time in class. Classes focus on developing oral expression, listening comprehension, reading comprehension, writing, and grammar.
General Mandarin
This course is aimed at developing all aspects of the Chinese Language and is ideal for fulltime students seeking to gain fluency. Our complete and balanced curriculum integrates speaking, listening, writing and reading skills. There are 9 proficiency levels from Total Beginner through to Advanced. Beginners learn basic vocabulary, common expressions and simple texts for everyday situations. Higher levels progress to rapidly developing expression fluency and language norms. Students can choose the duration of their General Mandarin studies from a minimum period of 4 weeks through to a full year. There are 20 hours worth of classes each week.
Intensive Mandarin
This course thorough and rigorous curriculum comprised of the 'General Mandarin' program plus an additional 10 hours per week which focuses on Spoken Chinese. Ideal for students seeking accelerated learning in Chinese. Intensive English is open to students with all levels of Chinese languge skills from Total Beginner to Advanced.
Speak Mandarin
This afternoon course is specifically devoted to improving your speaking skills. Classes include a comprehensive curriculum with a focus on speaking activities such as role-plays, interviews and debates to provide you with maximum opportunity to practice speaking Chinese in a variety of different contexts.
Survival Mandarin
This course is aimed at those on a busy schedule, who want to learn the basics of Mandarin.
One-on-One Chinese
These classes are customized to meet your needs and schedule for optimum flexibility and convenience. You will be able to maximize your progress through direct consultation with your private teacher. You can choose how many hours per week you would like attend classes.
Executive Mandarin
This course is aimed at developing the Chinese Language needed for working professionals for their daily social, work and business life. It is ideal for participants with busy schedules who are currently working or interested in working and doing business in China. Topics cover daily conversational language, key business language essential for the workplace and Chinese business culture and customs.
Corporate Mandarin
This program is designed exclusively for our corporate clients in direct consultation with our Academic director and teacher. To meet your individual language and content requirements, we conduct a corporate needs analysis and design a specially tailored syllabus. Classes are conducted according to the clients schedule requirements for optimum flexibility and convenience. Our Corporate Mandarin Training program is the choice of many leading international companies in China.
HSK Training
This course is designed for people who wish to sit the internationally recognized Hanyu Shuiping Kaoshi (HSK) examination and is also suitable for people who wish to improve their Mandarin language skills specifically through the HSK training system.
Beijing Summer Camp
Designed to provide the most comprehensive and balanced curriculum for young learners, from Total Beginner to Advanced levels. Ages: 6-11 years old & 12-17 years old. Students live in resident dormitories or with host families (homestay).
Homestay Program
Live in a Chinese home and learn about Chinese life and culture while improving your language skills. Daily contact with your hosts will quickly enhance your understanding of local customs and culture.
