Cooking Courses in Italy

The "G. Brera" School of Culinary Arts is located in Como, located less than an hour from Milan in the north of Italy. It school is situated close to the town centre and the famous lake, in a high-profile complex housing both secondary schools and a number of further education courses, all authorised by MIUR, the Italian Ministry for Education, University and Research.

We offer a 1 year Foundation Course in Culinary Arts. We aim to strike a perfact balance between theory classes (taught in standard classrooms) and practical classes which are taught in the kitchen labs. Classes run daily from Monday to Thursday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuition fees include all of the teaching materials that you will need for the course. Each participant will be equipped with: a kitchen uniform, a set of knives, books and study materials as well as foodstuffs.

We also offer 4-week Summer Cooking Classes. In these classes, students will learn about meat, fish, pasta, cheese, sweets, wines and much more.
