We offer varied cultural activities such as Latin dance classes, cooking classes, language exchanges, and visits to the central market that will delight your senses and broaden your understanding of Costa Rican culture. Excursions to the many natural wonders of Costa Rica, such as its tropical rain forests, beaches and volcanoes will make your trip unforgettable.

Regular Spanish program (20 hours a week); Survival Spanish (idioms, and basic survival skills (such as greetings, money transactions, telephone conversations, ordering in restaurants, obtaining hotel accommodations, shopping, and asking for directions etc.); Advanced conversational Spanish; Medical Spanish; Spanish for kids; Specialized instruction in business, scientific and other types of communication is availabl; Private lessons are available with flexible hours.

Heredia is located in the central part of Costa Rica, 7 miles north of the capital, San José. It is a safe and pleasant town with a university, many shops, quiet residential areas, and a bustling town center. There are many nearby restaurants, museums, and theaters. An active and diverse night life is available here and in San José.
