English Language Center:
English Language Center, located in Edmond, Oklahoma, has been a respected Intensive English Program since 1972. It is ELC's mission to help our students to master the English language and achieve success at the university, in business, and in their personal lives. ELC fosters cultural awareness and personal growth by selecting activities that acquaint students with the community, American families, and the university campus. The ELC campus is conveniently located adjacent to the University of Central Oklahoma.

Students are tested prior to placement in order to most effectively address their academic needs: Beginning; Intermediate - Undergraduate or Advanced - Graduate. Each term of study is four weeks. Each class consists of 4-12 students.

Courses offered include:
- Vocabulary and Reading
- Listening and Speech
- Grammar and Composition

Electives
- TOEFL Preparation

The Academic Program is suitable for anyone who is preparing for university study or who would like to improve his English for business or personal purposes. ELC specializes in preparing students for the challenges of American university classes.
