Classrooms
There are 15 classrooms, varying in size, the smallest able to accommodate an average sized class of 10 students and the largest able to accommodate a class of 50. Included in them are desk/chair combinations, whiteboard, and any electronic equipment the teacher might need for the lesson.
Multimedia and IT centre
There are two computer labs with over 20 PCs. Both labs able to connect students who come with laptops to the Kaplan network. Computers in our larger media lab are equipped with ELLIS the premier pronunciation software package for English language centres.
Library
Kaplan Aspect library houses various self-study materials, which focus on grammar, pronunciation, practice drills, skills and strategies, and American culture books for study. We also have a broad selection of classic American movies that students can borrow to watch in our media lab.
Student Lounge
The student lounge has a student microwave, refrigerator, and food and drink vending machines, along with tables that overlook wall-to-wall windows of the Boston’s North End. Couches and chairs are placed sporadically around the centre for the convenience and comfort of the students between classes.
Cafeteria
Because of the school's convenient location near Faneuil Hall and Quincy Market, students have a vast array of lunch options to choose from, including Indian, Italian, Greek, Japanese, Mexican, Thai and German cuisine, as well as many fresh bakeries and sandwich shops, all a 5-minute walk from the school.
Sports facilities
The Boston Commons is a 20-minute walk away where many Bostonians go to stroll the grounds, catch some sun, play a quick baseball game on the park’s diamond, ice skate on the frog pond, or take a swan boat ride on the lake.
Gym facilities
The Boston Sports Club is a 5-minute walk from the school. It houses two floors of workout equipment along with regular classes on yoga, pilates, spinning, and cardio.

Classrooms
Classrooms in Kaplan Aspect at Dean College are all bright and comfortable and provide students with a modern learning environment. All rooms are equipped with a white board or blackboard and heating.
Multimedia and IT centre
A Kaplan Aspect computer lab is located within the Science & Technology Centre and has 10 fully equipped internet accessible computers available for Kaplan Aspect classes. Dean College also provides Kaplan Aspect students with general computer labs for email and internet use. The Dean College Campus has wireless internet access in all rooms, including classrooms and dorm rooms.
Library
Kaplan Aspect students have full access to both the Dean College library and the Franklin public library.
Student Lounge
There is a student lounge at Dean College. It is located in the student centre and has a café as well as tables for eating and socialising. There are also common rooms in every dormitory with sofas, cable TV etc.
Cafeteria
The cafeteria is in a modern building which is quite large, open and full of natural light. The cafeteria can seat up to 300 students. It provides buffet style food service with international food bars, a beverage bar, salad bar, dessert and ice cream bar, pizza bar, pasta bar and grill where food is made to order. Vending machines are located in some dormitory and classroom buildings.
Sports facilities
Tennis courts, volleyball courts, basketball courts and playing fields for baseball, soccer, football and lacrosse are available for use along with indoor volleyball, basketball and soccer courts. A lap swimming pool is available for use during the US academic year.
Gym facilities
Kaplan Aspect students have full access to the College workout room which has both free weights and nautilus equipment.
Free doctor / Wellness Centre
This service is available when Dean College is in session. Students must have an Kaplan Aspect Health form to use this facility.

Classrooms
There are 5 spacious classrooms, with access to TVs and projectors.
Multimedia and IT centre
There is a computer lab and media lab with individual cubicles, some of which contain televisions, DVD players and headphones. The school offers free wireless internet access and 15 computer terminals. The multimedia centre is an integral part of your learning. Lessons are taught in the lab using the latest software.
Library
Our library has a wide selection ESL books and materials and we are planning to expand the selection to include foreign language books and fictional novels.
Student Lounge
The student lounge includes a refrigerator, microwave, tables and a couch. There are also two vending machines in the school and facilities for students to make hot drinks.
Cafeteria
Kaplan Aspect Harvard Square is surrounded by many cafés, eateries and parks and we are a short walking distance from many ethnic and American restaurants and diners.
Sports facilities
There are numerous parks with basketball courts and tennis courts and students are able to play soccer on MIT’s fields.
Gym facilities
There are no gym facilities at Kaplan Aspect Harvard Square, but there are 4 gyms within a 5 minute walk of the center that students can join at special student rates.
