 The Ecole des Trois Ponts specialises in French Language and French Cookery Courses for those seeking a relaxed setting and good food in a convivial, family atmosphere.
We are situated in Roanne, a city famous for 3-star Troisgros, one of France’s top 10 restaurants,
near the city of Lyon in South East France, Roanne is close to the Burgundy & Beaujolais wine areas. Live and study in the C.18th Château de Mâtel.
This pleasant, quality setting, with a capacity
of 20 guests, allows guests to be totally
immersed in the French language (14 hours a
day).
The Ecole des Trois Ponts has the advantage of
offering classes, accommodation and meals on the
same site, the Chateau de Matel. Guests at the
Ecole des Trois Ponts include adults, singles,
families, couples and business people, who range
from beginners to those who have a solid base to
fluency who wish to improve their fluency. We
have wide experience in teaching all levels.
Guests cover a wide range of ages from 20 to 70.Courses
French Language courses and French Cookery
Courses to all levels of ability; beginners,
intermediate and advanced levels are all catered
for by our team of qualified, native French
teachers who all speak English. Our cookery
courses are taught in English by a chef
qualified in Culinary Education.
