French Language & Cooking Training School in France

French Gastronomy School is located in the south
of France in the coastal resort town of Cap d’Agde, on the Mediterranean seaside
between Montpellier & Perpignan. Cap d’Agde
is located close to Beziers Airport, about 120
km from the Spanish border. It is set in a
wonderful landscape, with beautiful beaches,
palm-trees, excellent Mediterranean food and the
most important vineyard in Europe. The climate
is extremely pleasant and very sunny year round.
Diploma Course: French cooking
(in English) + intensive French language classes
+ 4 months training course (internship) in a
luxury Hotel restaurant in France. Interns
receive a Diploma upon full completion of the
study program and a Certificate of Internship
indicating the name of the hotel / restaurant
and the dates of the training period.
The course
takes 12 weeks with 30 hours of
lessons per week, including "hands-on" cookery
classes and 3 organised professional and touristic excursions (2 in France and 1 in
Spain). All the week-ends are free for
sightseeing and you have
1 week of holidays to travel.
We also run similar length programs for French
pastry & and sugar decoration + intensive French
classes + Internship, French
and European wines + intensive French +
Internship, and Fine dining food and beverage +
intensive French + Internship.
Entry Requirements: You are between 18
and 60 years old, and very motivated by food and
beverage and Gastronomy. You want also to learn
French language or improve your French language.
European students don’t need any visa! For
non-native speakers of English: Your level of
English is minimum 600 points in TOEIC or 550
points in TOEFL.
