Gastronomicom - French Language & Culinary School:Gastronomicom French Gastronomy School is located in the south of France in the coastal resort town of Cap d’Agde, on the Mediterranean seaside between Montpellier & Perpignan. Cap d’Agde is located close to Beziers Airport, about 120 km from the Spanish border. It is set in a wonderful landscape, with beautiful beaches, palm-trees, excellent Mediterranean food and the most important vineyard in Europe. The climate is extremely pleasant and very sunny year round.

The Gourmet Program - 4-weeks:
We offer a Gourmet program for 4 weeks with 30 hours of lessons per week, including 15 hours of French wine classes
and 15 hours of French lessons. Alternatively, you have the option of taking 30 hours of hands-on training, without French classes. All weekends are free. We also run a similar length course for French Cooking or French Pastry with optional intensive French classes.
The Module of 4 weeks includes:
- Knowledge of the French wines: winemaking
- Famous French wine regions: Languedoc Roussillon; Bordeaux; Bourgogne; Champagne; Visit to 3 vineyards
- Wine tasting invitation
The Gastronomic Program - 12-weeks:
We offer a Gastronomic program for 12 weeks with 30 hours of lessons per week, including 15 hours of French Wines classes and 15 hours of French lessons. One visit to a Vineyard is organized every week. All weekends are free.
The 3-month course includes:
1. Enology - winemaking
2. Knowledge of French wines
3. Famous French wine regions: Languedoc Roussillon, Bordeaux, Bourgogne, Champagne, Corse/ Provence, Vallee du Rhone, Jura / Savoie, Sud ouest, Alsace, Cognac
4. Visits to 10 vineyards
5. Matching food and wine, service
6. Mastering tasting techniques
Entry Requirements:
You are between 18 and 60 years old, and very motivated by food and beverage. You want also to learn French language or simply improve your French. European students don’t need any visa. Other students only need a Tourist Visa. For non-native speakers of English, the level of English is minimum 600 points in TOEIC or 550 points in TOEFL.
