Assoc. Cuisine Et Tradition:
Assoc. Cuisine et Tradition is our Arles-based Provençal cooking school and Bed and Breakfast. We're now into our 11th year offering carefully crafted vacation getaways for food lovers. Arles is located on the edge of the Rhône River, just 45 kilometers from the seaside towns of Saintes Maries de la Mer and Aigues Mortes. We're a short 20 minute train ride to Avignon, and an hour from Marseille.

We offer a special 2 week course combining intensive French instruction (30 hours), cooking classes, wine tasting, excursions, and many a lively evening with friends around the dinner table. Accommodations are provided in our bed and breakfast, located right in the historic center, an easy 10 minute walk from the train station. You can put your French to use right away with cooking classes, wine tastings and more. And don't be surprised if local shop-keepers join in to help you too!
