Aix-en-Provence
Culturally rich Aix-en-Provence (much more commonly known as Aix, pronounced “x”) is the ideal place for summer high school study abroad programs! Youthful & spirited, this historic college town is filled with international students, music & art during the summer. Its gorgeous weather, significant youthful population & perfect location in Provence make it one of our most popular destinations to study French in France! Our student dorm, home to teens from all over the world during their summer in France, is only a ten-minute walk from our language school and vibrant heart of 
Aix.
- Aix-en-Provence Dorm Programs & Host Family Immersion Week
Students will spent their first night of the program in the beautiful Mediterranean seaside town of Cassis. The next two weeks will be spent in Aix-en-Provence living in the centrally located student dorm and taking morning language classes with the opportunity to earn university credit. Afternoon and evening activities such as swimming, cooking, bike riding and kayaking will be organized as well as excursions to such places as St Tropez, Arles, Avignon among others. The student will then experience a Host Family Immersion Week in Southern France speaking only French. The program concludes with a three night stay in Paris.
Lyon
This exciting town is home to medieval and Renaissance buildings, delicious food & lively pedestrian malls. Declared a World Heritage Site, Lyon has a unique mix of old & new which blend together to create a modern city that thrives on its historical beauty & charm – an ideal high school summer abroad destination. Historic & cosmopolitan Lyon is filled with museums, theaters, monuments, & restaurants. Outdoor markets, local crafts, cultural entertainment, parks, and sports fac
ilities all contribute to making Lyon an ideal base for a high school summer abroad!
- Lyon Homestay
Students first spend three days in beautiful Nice relaxing on the incredible "Côte d'Azur" – Europe’s most glamorous coastline. Enjoy sunny days in Mediterranean cafés, blue skies and cool sea breezes. The next two weeks are spent in Lyon living with Lyon Immersion Families. Our warm & friendly Lyon Immersion Families all live within easy reach of each other and the center of town. For many students the homestay aspect of the Lyon trip is one of the most enjoyable and rewarding features of this French immersion program! Afternoon and evening activities such as swimming, ziplining, petanque, fencing, cooking workshops, scavenger hunts among others will be organized by the school. In addition there will be enjoyable excursions to Annecy, Pérouges, Aix-en-Provence…and more. The program concludes with a three night stay in Paris.
Toulouse
Toulouse, situated between the Mediterranean and the Atlantic is the capital of the great Midi-Pyrénées region & the fourth- largest French city. With its huge student population, Toulouse is a lively city with a rich cultural heritage, helping to make it a top choice for a high school summer abroad program in France!
The city has a medieval old town and a great setting along the banks of the Canal du Midi and Garonne River. Known as La Ville en Rose, historic Toulouse is a wonderful location in which to study French in France. Our Language School Homestay families and dorm are within walking distance or 
a short metro ride from the school and lively center of Toulouse.
- High School Summer French Immersion in France
The program starts with the students spending one night in a hotel in Toulouse, relaxing and getting to know each other. The next two weeks is spent in Toulouse either living in a well-located student dorm or in a Homestay with families chosen by the language school. During this time, the students will take morning language classes at highly-acclaimed Langue Onze with the opportunity to earn three units of university credit. Afternoon & evening activities such as swimming, kayaking, bike riding, ziplining, petanque will be organized by the school as well as enjoyable excursions to Foix, Cordes sur Ciel, Carcassonne among others. They will then get to experience the Host Family Immersion Week in Southern France speaking only French. The program concludes with travel to incredible Paris for a three-night adventure!
