language school is located in the heart of the lively old town of
Tours. CLE occupies a magnificently renovated 18th century building.
CLE is an independent institute for French
studies founded in 1985. Our years of teaching
abroad have helped us to create a friendly
school with a positive working atmosphere. At CLE you will rapidly
feel at home. You will study in spacious,
comfortable classrooms, and during the summer
months you can relax on a rooftop terrace.
Meeting your requirements: Whether it is to
improve your French for exam purposes (A'
levels, Abitur, Matura, INSEAD, etc.), to obtain
a job position , to communicate more easily with
your French speaking business associates, with
an aim to residing in France or simply for
pleasure, CLE puts the students specifications
first every time. Courses
Intensive courses are taught by qualified French
teachers. Max. 7 students per class.
CLE's programme is flexible enough to
accommodate each participant's pace. CLE
strongly recommends that students stay with a
family to ensure a complete and continuous
immersion in the French language and lifestyle.
Also: Preparation to the DELF and Dalf exams.
One-to-one tuition. Wine tasting courses. CLE
organises weekly visits to the renowned chateaux
of the Loire Valley.
Placement is made at the beginning of each
session following the results of the oral and
written French test. Books are lent. Students
enjoy a coffe break together in the morning. A
certificate of achievement is issued to students
who have successfully completed a course.
Accommodation available with a host-family, B&B in a chateau,
apartment or studio & hotel.
