It is set in a wonderful landscape, with beautiful beaches, palm-trees, excellent Mediterranean food and the most important vineyard in Europe. The climate is extremely pleasant and very sunny year round.

The school organises 1-month and 3-month programs of French Cooking, French Pastry or French Wine or a 3 month program of Fine Dining Service. The 1-month programs may be taken with optional French lessons. All of the 3-month programs are combined with Intensive French lessons and an optional 4-month internship (work experience placement) in a luxury Hotel-restaurant in France. We also offer 1 and 2 year training programs.
