Heidelberg is located in the south-west of Germany, in the Neckar river valley, south of Frankfurt, between Frankfurt and Stuttgart airports. Heidelberg is a tourist-friendly city, renowned for its romantic ambiance, Germany’s oldest university, its world-famous castle, its picturesque, historic Old Town, and its hospitality, with numerous first-class hotels and superb restaurants. Heidelberg is located approximately 620 Km from Berlin, 340 Km from Munich, 120 Km from Stuttgart, and 80 Km from Frankfurt.

World Link Education's unique German Programs are held at the Academy of German Language in Heidelberg, conveniently located in the heart of the city. The Academy is just 5 minutes walk from the main bus and tram stop, Bismarckplatz. The Academy of German Language is located in a villa surrounded by gardens. It has 8 main classrooms.

Quality Education: The Academy is a member of the Fachverband Deutsch als Fremdsprache (FaDaf) and the International Certificate Conference (ICC). The Academy is also an official examination center for the European Language Certificates (TELC) and a licensed TestDaF center.

Quality Teachers: Teachers are native German, and are highly qualified and experienced in teaching German. They hold a degree in teaching German as a Foreign Language. Up-to-date, carefully selected materials are used in class, giving participants valuable information on modern-day German culture and society while at the same time developing their language and communication skills.

German Language Immersion: World Link Education's unique German Language Programs are designed to provide total language immersion. Accelerated teaching methods allow participants at lower proficiency levels to acquire the language skills needed for effective communication in a short period of time, and advanced students to gain expression proficiency at an abstract level. The immersion programs integrate all aspects of the language: reading, writing, speaking, listening, grammar, phonetics, and vocabulary.

This immersion program has an integrated curriculum, providing students with the chance to learn much more than just the fundamentals of German grammar. We teach students how to integrate into German society, and how to interact with German people in both casual and formal situations. By combining our language lessons with the study of German culture and traditions, students are immersed in the German way of life.

Courses: There are 5 main proficiency levels from Total Beginner to Advanced levels - Basic/Beginner, Elementary, two Intermediate levels and Advanced German.

- Short -Term Programs (2 week to 7 weeks) - Intensive & Super-Intensive courses
